COLLINGSWOOD, N.J. (CBSNewYork) — A New Jersey mother says her little boy is alive today thanks to his teacher and a sharp-eyed school nurse. Last September, Nathan Campbell started kindergarten at Zane North Elementary School in Collingswood.
