Donation in honor of longtime Sarasota nurse Ursula Sellitti allows The Citadel to create new nursing program Sarasota Herald-Tribune The Citadel military academy in South Carolina has established a new nursing program after receiving a seven-figure donation from the Swain family, which was inspired by the lifelong nursing legacy of Ursula Sellitti of Sarasota, shown in a 1956 photo.
